I had a difficult vent re-design and the professionals were just simply excellent to work with. We were able to work together to come up with a solution - they showed up with the parts a few days later to complete the job. My house was left super clean and the work was done as discussed. Thanks!

I had the best experience working with Better Air Northwest! They were very responsive and helpful over the phone. We were able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. Blake came to the house and was friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately he did not have the right part but was able to make time within his schedule to come back at no additional cost to fix the vent. I would highly recommend Better Air Northwest, and if you can request Blake!

I had all my air ducts cleaned. They called before they came to let me know they were on their way. They showed me all the equipment they were going to use and talked to me about the entire process. They were very friendly and very efficient. They also showed me the results at the end. The price was exactly what I was quoted and they didn't try to sell me on anything more. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional! They answered all my questions with a great attitude and involved me in helping me to learn the duct cleaning process. They showed me the results of their work and even went the extra mile helping me with a return air grille! I've already referred them to a family member. Hope to do business again!
