FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. We charge $275 for a one hour service call, which covers travel, evaluation, diagnosis and repair. For many common repairs and upgrades, we offer flat-rate pricing so there are no surprises. For larger or more complex projects, we provide clear, written estimates before work begins. We’re always happy to discuss options, priorities, and cost-effective solutions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial phone consultation to understand the scope of your project and answer any immediate questions. From there, we recommend the best next step based on the size and type of job—whether that’s scheduling a service call, providing flat-rate pricing for common repairs or upgrades, or offering a free on-site estimate for larger projects. Our goal is to be transparent, efficient, and make sure you know your options before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my formal electrical training through the IBEW Local 48 apprenticeship program, which includes extensive classroom instruction and thousands of hours of hands-on, on-the-job training. My education covered residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems, NEC code compliance, safety standards, and best installation practices. This foundation ensures all work is performed safely, correctly, and to current code requirements.
