We bought a new ceiling exhaust fan/heater unit and hired a handyman team to replace the old unit with the new one. After removing the old unit they discovered our wiring wasn’t long enough to connect to the new unit so they had to abandon the job. Ben reached out to us and graciously told my husband he would come that same day to look at the issue. He said he would have no problem extending the wiring & installing the new unit, and further said he was willing to do it on the spot! We could not have been happier with the job Ben did, with his professionalism and his genuine kindness and sincerity. He also did it for less than anyone else had bid for the job.
