From start to finish they were up front and knowledgable. I never had to wonder what to expect and they were very prompt with their comunication and very friendly. Chad reminded me of my uncle who is a bit stoic but willing to share a joke and answer all my questions. I was surpised at how thorough they were and they even fixed up my heaters while tracing all the breakers. Thank you Ricky, you're an angel. Overall a wonderful experience and I will be recommending them to my family.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is troubleshooting call, we will determine if the issue is an immediate safety concern and needs an electrician to come out asap. Our office staff with collect the information we need, then find the first availability that works with the customer's needs.

Master electrician license, and our team has over 50 years of combined experience.
