These guys were great!!! My father has fairly severe dementia and I’m in the process of moving back in and the house is a mess. While cleaning up, I noticed tons of both dead and alive ants 😩 I cleaned it all up and within a day, they were all back! Yuckkkk so after a quick response from Vanquish, we had them come out and do an estimate. Not only was it a way bigger problem than we expected but they knew exactly what kind of ants they were and what they were being attracted. I was so pleasantly surprised by how much knowledge both of them had and we were able to schedule a time for them to come and treat the house within a couple of days. It’s a family-run business (mom, dad and son) which makes it even easier to support them and they are professional, knowledgeable and punctual. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would probably give them 1 million. I am so grateful to have found these guys and to have a created a relationship that can continue to grow and be beneficial to all parties involved! Don’t hesitate on calling them, just do it. You won’t be disappointed or feel like you’re being ripped off or anything along those lines!!

The service purchased was a one-time wasp treatment, which we completed on August 28. When you contacted us regarding continued activity, we explained that some activity can continue following treatment and we offered to return to the property to inspect the situation. Our earliest available appointment was Thursday, which we offered to you. We understand that you did not want to wait until Thursday and may choose to hire another company. However, we have not refused to address your concerns. Our offer to return and inspect the continued activity remains available. We take our work and customer service seriously and believe this clarification is important.
