James was prompt, his price was fair and the work was performed well and on time. James went out of his way to accommodate the need to have my new stairs operational in time for an appliance delivery in two weeks. He also managed to do this without compromising the quality of the work, returning after the delivery to complete the railings, kick boards and fascia. I would not hesitate to use JP Remodeling and Construction for future home projects.

Common sense business etiquette could be improved. No showed appointment with no heads up call until I reached out. Then poor communication to reschedule. Maybe they do good work? Never got to see.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always meet with the customer to go over all the options before giving a price. We pride our selves in treating each customer the way we want to be treated.
We do all we can to stay in the customers budget and suggest things they can do to save money if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer to discuss and look at their project. Discuss the options for what they are looking for and then the cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the construction trade for about 15 years. Woodshop all 4 years of high school and construction technology thru the skill center.
