Working with Max was wonderful!! He removed the carpet from our dining/family room and installed Brazilian Cherry wood flooring to match our existing floor in the kitchen and nook. He did a fabulous job and was a joy to work with. We will hire him again when we do the same in our hallway and living room. A+ job!!

Max and his team were a complete pleasure to work with, start to finish. Max showed up for a bid the same day we reached out and went above and beyond to coordinate with us on our timeframe to complete flooring in two bathrooms, a kitchen, and mudroom. Needless to say, finding that level of customer service and follow-through is a rarity these days. The completed work was meticulous and Max was diligent about checking in at every milestone. Working with Max was great, he was early for the bid, was patient as I worked through some things on our end. He gave suggestions to save money and communicated daily while they performed the job an answered all my questions. The crew worked hard and clean and did a great job staying on schedule. Look forward to having them back for another project we need to get done. ,

I had a pleasant interaction with Max. Above all else, he is very responsive and honest. He came right over within a couple of days to assess the work I needed done. He explained to me how the repairs would need to be done, and was honest about what portions he would do, and what work he would not do, given that he wants to be sure he can warranty the work he does. He then sent me, later that day, a very professional-looking estimate. A couple of weeks later, he showed up, on schedule, with the employee who what going to do the work and reviewed with that employee the work to be done. When there was a gap in communication with the employee regarding scheduling, I contacted Max and he stepped right in and addressed it. Also, since I was able to provide some materials that saved him from having to cut granite tiles, Max removed that charge from the final costs. I have to say that for all the horror stories I hear about contractors, I'm relieved to have found someone who seems genuine, communicative, and does very good work. I will hire him again. Thank you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part is getting to know the customer. During our free estimating we consider your budget, material, condition of subfloors and schedule. We create a realistic timeline to get the job done. We also follow up to make sure you're satisfied after the project is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and bonded. 5 years experience working within the Portland/Vancouver area. We started with some of the major flooring stores in the area and now moving towards working with home owners.
