Max and his team were a complete pleasure to work with, start to finish. Max showed up for a bid the same day we reached out and went above and beyond to coordinate with us on our timeframe to complete flooring in two bathrooms, a kitchen, and mudroom. Needless to say, finding that level of customer service and follow-through is a rarity these days. The completed work was meticulous and Max was diligent about checking in at every milestone. Working with Max was wonderful!! He removed the carpet from our dining/family room and installed Brazilian Cherry wood flooring to match our existing floor in the kitchen and nook. He did a fabulous job and was a joy to work with. We will hire him again when we do the same in our hallway and living room. A+ job!!

Working with Max was great, he was early for the bid, was patient as I worked through some things on our end. He gave suggestions to save money and communicated daily while they performed the job an answered all my questions. The crew worked hard and clean and did a great job staying on schedule. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part is getting to know the customer. During our free estimating we consider your budget, material, condition of subfloors and schedule. We create a realistic timeline to get the job done. We also follow up to make sure you're satisfied after the project is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and bonded. 5 years experience working within the Portland/Vancouver area. We started with some of the major flooring stores in the area and now moving towards working with home owners.
