- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, we ask a few questions about the home such as the size, number of rooms, and the type of cleaning needed (standard, deep cleaning, or move-out cleaning). After that, We provide an estimate and schedule a convenient time. On the cleaning day, we bring my own professional supplies and focus on detailed work so the home looks fresh, clean, and spotless.
