About

Hi, my name is Emil. I’m a detail-oriented professional, and I take real pride in every job I do. My focus is simple: quality work, clear communication, and fair pricing.
Services:
• Gutter cleaning & gutter guards
• Full house washing / soft washing
• Roof cleaning, moss removal & treatment
• Driveways, sidewalks, patios & paver cleaning
• Deck cleaning, sanding & staining
• Handyman services (small exterior repairs, touch-ups, etc.)
…plus other exterior services — just ask.
I prefer on-site estimates so the quote is accurate and fair. I walk through the project with you, explain the process, and finish with a final walkthrough so you can see the results and feel confident in the work.
My workmanship is guaranteed — and my reviews speak for themselves.
If you want someone careful, reliable, and easy to work with, I’d be happy to help.
— Emil

He was quick to respond, caneout the next day to provide us a quote. We originally opted to wait as we were planning on getting another quote. He followed up and was able to come back out a few days later to get the gutters and roof clean.

Work was fine. Roof looks nice. Not as punctual as I would have liked.Over promised and under delivered on showing up time. They must have had another job that took longer. Not to scare anyone but roof cleaning $200-$300 is misleading. It depends on many things and what you ask for. It could be $800 if more things are requested. Use them but ask for pricing. They are hard workers.
Details: Two-story building • 1,000 - 2,000 sq ft • Yes, they have screens or guards • Every 3-6 months

Be ontime. Three and one half hours late. Did not completely clean all panels. Those at highest level were rinsed only.
