Introduction: Rebloom Design House is an interior design and lifestyle brand. We offer interior design services in your home or office, or in our design shop: 1510 SE 14th PL Suite 200 Battle Ground, WA. We listen closely to you and interpret that into a vision for the interior of your home; making it about you- but using our skills so that it is done tastefully. Whether it's a paint color consult, a room rearrange, an initial design idea meeting for a project you're thinking about, or a full on build out, or remodel, we can help! We work one on one with our clients. Each project provides a different challenge, and seeing our clients happy at days end is the best part of what we do.

My hour-long appointment with Marisa in my home went very well. She gave me great input about the decorating decisions I had made and was concerned about. She also had some really good additional suggestions - some of which we carried out during the appointment. She even helped me re-arrange my patio furnishings into a much better and welcoming layout! I was totally pleased with the experience and the chance to see my home through a different set of design eyes.

Marisa was fantastic and I highly recommend her. This was my first time hiring an interior designer to work with what I have to improve the layout and design of our Media/Bonus Room. Her consulting rates were reasonable, she worked quickly, made efficient use of my time, and saved me money by focusing on the few things I need to add to the space. Marisa is very collaborative and is an excellent listener. She sought to understand how we use the room, what worked/didn't work, and what my design preferences were. She did not "push" a cookie cutter style/preference. She shared ideas, sketched examples, and continued rearranging while I'd go to other rooms to look for something that might work. She rolled up her sleeves, moved furniture, emptied book shelves, put excess furiniture into the hall, etc. to show immediate results. Within 2 hours, the flow of the room was greatly improved, furniture and rugs were in place, and I had a clear idea of what few things I wanted to add to the room. Once she left, it took me a few more hours to clean up what had been removed, reshelve/organize things and hang artwork. What was once a cluttered, dingy room is now my favorite room in the house. It is bright, inviting, and organized, and will help us spend more time together as a family. Marisa followed up with pins on Pinterest to give examples of the things we discussed so that I could go out and source them myself. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!

My husband and I were preparing to paint and furnish our first home (we needed to lighten and brighten an industrial feel). Although we had some definite ideas, it was our first home and we knew it would be better to have professional help. We began doing research for an interior designer who would listen to our ideas and not just push us in their own direction. We found Marisa of RE Bloom Company. We liked the photos of her past projects as well as her attitude, so we arraigned an initial meeting and we hit it off. We found her to be honest, open to new ideas and most importantly, willing to learn with us. We not only asked her to help with our design ideas and interior paint colors, but to interview prospective paint contractors too - which was a learning experience for us all. Once the house was painted, Marisa helped us sort through all our ideas, antiques and family mementos, studying the light and use of each room to create a home that reflected our personality and family history too. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is an hourly fee of $100 or I can put together a bid for larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please email me as I don't answer the phone when with a client. I will call as soon as I'm able or we can schedule a consultation by email or text. I travel as far north as Longview and throughout the Portland area to meet you at your place of work or home, wherever I am needed. I look forward to meeting you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have a formal education but my experience is in the lifetime of using my design skills and my eye for it.
