Brisk JunkRemoval was immediately responsive and very professional. Polite and arrived within the timeframe given. Great value and it feels so nice to have my junk gone. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple and upfront. Our minimum pickup starts at $89, a full trailer load is $649, and refrigerator removal starts at $119. Most other jobs are priced based on how much space your items take up in the trailer. We'll always provide a firm quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises or hidden fees. We have Senior and Veterans discount at 5% each. We also have a Online Feedback discount, for every online feedback you leave it's $25 off (reviews, social media posts, etc)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out with a few details or send us photos of what you need removed. We'll give you a quote, schedule a time that works for you, show up on time, haul everything away, and clean up before we leave. We try to make the whole process as easy as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our focus is doing the job the right way. We use proper lifting techniques & equipment, protect your home while removing items, and dispose of everything responsibly by donating and recycling whenever we can.
