- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With our sales process we give you exact pricing when we go out and look at the job... so when we show you the quote we will go over all of the sales tax and we will show you the final number when we give you a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when we get a phone call from a new customer we set up a date and time to go look at what the customer wants done. Then we give the customer 3 options on their paint job (Good, Better, Best) as far as quality of materials to give the customer an option to fit their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've helped my buddy run a painting company for a while and now I own one by myself.
