Kylie is **incredible**. While I won't be getting married again, I might just make up a reason to hire Kylie again. She stays calm, practical, aware, kind, professional, and helpful in tense situations and when time is ticking. Just three weeks before my wedding, I reached out to her to find a replacement for a coordinator. Though she wasn't around for the planning and visioning stages of my wedding, you would have thought she was upon walking into the venue day-of!! (It was totally gorgeous, better than I imagined in all of my months of planning.) Having Kylie there to take care of things day-of allowed me to relax and actually leave the venue in the morning to .. you know.. put the decorations down, leave, get ready, get married... etc. :) I am so grateful for having found her. She is highly attentive, organized, and works nicely with people to get things done and get them done well. I admired all of her proactive outreach to the various players and vendors, and was glad to know that she took care of things in the background. She is definitely someone you can trust to honor your wishes and to represent you and your event professionally. Beyond all of my praise, my family and friends also commented on how wonderful she was to work with (for those helping set up decorations) and how helpful she was throughout the event. The only regret I have was not hiring her sooner. So grateful to have had her in my corner on my wedding day!!

It was absolutely amazing to work with Kylie as our wedding day-of coordinator. From our initial conversation to the big day itself, Kylie was professional, responsive, available, and so kind. We and our guests had the best time during our wedding and it was stress-free thanks to her help. Kylie attended our final details meeting with our venue, helped us with our rehearsal, and advised on so many things in between—from our wedding day timeline, where we should place certain signs, and more. She is also great at listening to your preferences and will give guidance. There were definitely things we didn't think to consider that Kylie helped raise and we appreciated that. If you want to make sure things are taken care of, organized, and well thought out, working with Kylie should be a no-brainer!

I charge a flat rate calculated with your event size and planning requirements. This includes all planning/coordination - no hidden fees. Contact me for a quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With you in control, my planning process follows seven major steps: 1. Meet with you to determine event date, time, budget, scope, style, etc. 2. Research vendor and venue options 3. Present options to you, determine best fit together! 4. Make final arrangements based on your decisions 5. Invite attendees 6. Final meeting with you in days leading up to event to wrap up loose ends! 7. Event setup, day of coordination, and clean up facilitation.

I have planned events for nonprofits and individuals for the past four years. Whether you're hoping for a gathering for just a few, or a few hundred, I've seen it all!
