A great Father and Son Team!I had the pleasure of utilizing Rivers Roofing Service for my home. We needed a new roof before we listed our home for sale and after reading other reviews about Rivera's I decided to give them a chance to bid on the job.Their bid was the best and after we accepted it Eli explained the process and all possible costs that could potentially arise above and beyond the scope of the job. Unfortunately, we had some rot and had to replace many roof panels and even a section of wall all the way down to the rim joists at the foundation.Riveras had a crew out same day to do the work so that we did not have to extend our finish date.Of course there was an extra cost of doing all this work, but it was very affordable.From start to finish the communication was spot on. If I wasn't around Eli would take pictures of what he had found and send them to me. He would call or text with recommendations and let me decide how to proceed.You can tell that they take pride in their work, and it shows in their workmanship.Thank you, Rivera's Roofing Service, for a job well done.

Rivera Roofing is a family owned business, and it was obvious from the first time meeting Eli and the time he took to explain and show everything, that they take great pride in their work. I had several estimates for a new roof. Five, actually. Of the five, only one, Rivera Roofing spent quite a bit of time inspecting and taking pictures. The rest of the guys that came out to give an estimate spent a whole two or three minutes, stomping around on the roof and then came down and pushed samples and prices in my face and left. Not impressed at all. And their prices were absolutely ridiculous. Rivera Roofing was and is, the most thorough. I appreciated the time Eli took in explaining their method, process and materials they use. Showing me also materials his father, Feliciano, devised for improved quality and durability. And then there were the multitude of pictures of their work before during and after. Exceptional. So when they presented the estimate, I had a clear understanding of what was going to be involved, with potential fixes should they find rotted boards or mold or lord knows what all , as I came to find out. I have to say that when Rivera Roofing removed the roof and I saw what previous roofers had done to piecemeal and damage it in the process, before I bought the house, I was disgusted and horrified. It’s the first time I’ve had a roof replaced, and it seemed like the time it took (a little three full days), was reasonable Considering the mess they had to work with from a previous roofer. It didn’t feel like a rush job and it didn’t feel dragged out, either. While I was impressed with their communication and professional manner, I felt like I’d made new friends, and that’s a large part of the trust I felt in their company overall. Would like to show pictures, but the weather’s been so horrible and the roof looks absolutely amazing.… And just in time for this windy blustery weather. I have peace of mind knowIng I have a great roof that will last a long time
