- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the jobs are a bid process. We offer senior discounts and military discounts. Smaller jobs are more flat rate system set up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make it a priority to ensure that we handle your home like it was our home. And we want you to be a customer for life. Not just a one time customer. This is why we give you the best prices we can for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been a plumber since 1998. Started my company in 2000 and got my general contractor license at that time. I learned construction when I was plumbing homes and watched other trades do their work. I am a visual learner. I love learning new ways of doing things.
