- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the square footage of the house or building. Prices may vary based on what we predict here. We are very detailed when we clean our clients homes. We arrive in clean uniforms and we wear shoe covers to protect your floors. We also carry $2M insurance to protect you and your home. Our prices are very average compared to other companies who do business like we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a fast, over the phone consultation. We ask for contact details and property information. Depending on the home, we will give an over the phone quote, or we will come visit the home and give a price for the larger homes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of clients. We work with clients who own small townhomes, to many clients who own 8,000+ square foot homes in Clark County. We have worked with celebrities as well from actors to race car drivers.
