I had a fantastic experience with Geols LandSurvey Company! He was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the entire process. He placed detailed markings all throughout the yard, something other companies either wouldn’t do or charged a lot more for. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer had to provide Full Name, contact info (email, tel No. Property address ot tax number. and billing address if different than property address and the purpose for the survey. Then we generate proposal after research usually within 2-24 hrs. If client approve the proposal we set the project and begin working on it per terms in the proposal. ROS map need to be filed and recorded with the country if we set something in the boundary line. If we found existing corners and they did non differ than records and no encroachments observed then ROS map will not be created/filled with the county.

Bachelor in Geodesy, Photogrammetry and Mapping. WA PLS 44337
