I am the full time caregiver to my mother. I found that in order to assist with her medical and Social Security/Medicare I needed to obtain some documentation. Jackie walked me through the necessary paperwork along with also updating my mothers will. I found Jackie to be patient and thorough. She made what could have been emotionally charged experience a very pleasant one. No one likes doing this stuff so it helps to work with someone whos compassionate too.
