Ask where the reviews are coming from. There are companies out there who will post fake positive reviews for you but it will have no lasting effect, and if discovered by the review site (Yelp/City Search) you could be black listed permanently. On the social side, ask how the success of the social media activity is tracked. Ask how the presence is monetized. Ask where the audience is coming from. Questions are always good, although sometimes it can be difficult to know what you should ask. I have spent many years in the field of marketing and I would be happy to answer questions about online reputation or any other aspect of advertising.
