We're flexible when it comes to pricing because every business owner has different needs and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Creating meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients is very important to us. To get the process started, typically we first kick off the relationship with an introductory phone call to discover the clients' needs and business goals. After that, if it makes sense to work together, we will schedule a discovery meeting (usually video call) to craft a customized proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have spent tens of thousands of dollars on specialized programs, courses, books, training, resources, and education to keep our strategies and processes not only up-to-date but innovative and impactful. Any member of our team has hundreds of hours spent mastering their craft to ensure our clients' expectations are exceeded.
