I brought my laptop to Ezra to see if he could get it working again or at least rescue the information on it. He let me know what my options were and tried to come up with the least expensive solution that would get me a working computer. When it turned out it would cost more than the computer was worth to repair it, I bought a refurbished laptop from him and he transferred all my old info onto it free of charge, as well as more extras than my original computer had. He was very prompt, professional, and there were no surprise or mysterious charges. I'd been putting off getting my computer looked at for over a year out of fear of being overcharged. My experience with Ezra was great and I have a computer the works better than my original.

Professional, knowledgeable, prompt. Most importantly I can now stream video will running adobe! After weeks of stress working with others, Ezra had my computer streamlined overnight. Very personable and knows what he's doing!
