- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your event, including the date, location, type of event, number of guests, and the type of music and entertainment you're looking for. We then confirm our availability and provide a clear, customized quote based on your event needs. Once you've decided to book us, we'll go over the details together, including the performance schedule, music selections, setup requirements, and any special requests. We stay in communication leading up to your event so everything is organized and stress-free. On the day of your event, we arrive prepared and on time, set up professionally, and focus on one thing — making sure you and your guests have an incredible time. Our goal is to make the entire process easy, professional, and enjoyable from the first conversation through the final song.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our band brings a high level of professional musical experience to every performance. Our musicians have developed their skills through years of dedicated practice, live performance, professional rehearsals, and performing for audiences in a wide variety of venues and events. Our band leader has extensive professional experience in the music industry, including touring and performing on the professional circuit with several nationally recognized, A-list recording artists. That experience has provided a strong foundation in professional musicianship, stage performance, preparation, and working at the level expected of professional touring musicians. We bring that same level of professionalism, preparation, and attention to detail to every wedding, private party, corporate event, and festival we perform. Our goal is simple: provide a polished, high-energy live performance while making the entire experience professional and enjoyable for our clients and their guests.
