- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing is based on time and materials, but I am always willing to provide a quote when asked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an appointment to come look at the job and discuss your vision for the project if it is something beyond a simple repair. From there, I work up a quote and upon approval can begin ordering materials for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten years of experience in the field with a hardwood flooring specific business and then a general contractor specializing in custom home builds and remodeling.
