I am willing to negotiate prices. It depends on how big the house is, how much and how hard of cleaning needs to be done, and how often it is occurring. A rough ballpark is either $12 an hour, or about $75 per 1000sq ft. Again, it is based on the frequency and needs of the cleaning.
