I had a clogged kitchen drain and tried using a snake myself, but it didn't work. I contacted Plumb Fit, and Mark was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the problem, crawled into the crawl space, and replaced the drain pipe to fix it. He was very responsible and even cleaned up the floor before leaving. Highly recommend his work!

I’ve hired Plumb Fit twice now for different jobs, and they were excellent both times. They provided clear, out-the-door estimates and never added unexpected charges later.
Duke also offered helpful recommendations without any pressure, clearly explaining what was most important and what could reasonably wait until later. He went above and beyond at the end of a long installation, taking the time to investigate an additional question I had even after a full day of work.

Plumbfit sent a technician who assessed the work to be done and gave me a quote that was reasonably priced. Scheduling was easy and quick and they had multiple openings within the same week. On the day of the job, the Domingo arrived on time and completed the project in about 2 hours.
I got an auto shutoff valve replaced, along with a new main shutoff valve and a new prv. He bought all the parts, and did a clean install. He double checked all the fittings for any leaks and even insulated all the fittings as the installation was in the garage.
10/10 would recommend and definitely hire again in the future.

Joe did a great job! He was able to fit me in same day, came out, inspected our water heater, showed me what was going on with our unit and why it wasn’t heating up properly. He gave some great tips and taught me a few things I wasn’t aware of since it’s a type of water heater we’ve not used before. Now our water is hot enough to take showers without freezing our butts off. After all of this he refused to take any payment, I feel guilty about that, but I will ABSOLUTELY use their services in the future if I run into plumbing issues! Would recommend to anyone that has problems with their water heaters!

We always offer up front pricing with mutable solutions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information from the customer during the initial conversation. We then make a visit to the site to perform an inspection. Once we have a complete understanding of the project we provide multiple solutions in writing. We never charge for estimates.

We are a licensed Washington State Plumbing Contractor with over 25+ years of home improvement contracting experience.
