I called many other companies. Nobody available for two weeks for dryer repair. Found this company online, took a chance. Answered immediately, made appointment for next day. Arrived on time, diagnosed problem quickly. Although did not have exact repair part in stock, did order for overnight delivery. Did temporary fix on failed part so dryer could be utilized until replacement part arrived. Technician Paul friendly, very knowledgeable in regard to preventative maintenance for future. Part arrived and installed today. Two weeks earlier than any other company I had contacted for help. Paul also cleaned my dryer vent without being asked. This is a start up company that will have all of my future business, I also will be passing his information on to friends. Lastly he drove 90 minutes each way for this repair x 2, and the total bill was no more than previous visits by local appliance repair company.

Paul Karpenko was able to assess possible problems that caused our relatively new dryer to stop working. This was done via photos and online communication. He came prepared with parts and materials and diagnosed, repaired and thoroughly inspected entire dryer, cleaned vents and the costs were very reasonable, inclusive and repair guaranteed for 90 days. Will definitely use him for future appliance repairs.

Pavlo did fantastic work for us on our new stove install (converted from gas to propane) and installed a new sink! His work is flawless, he was incredibly thorough, and he communicated very proactively as well. I have him on my speed dial now for future installs and repair!

Paul was fantastic to work with. I called him for a dryer issue on a washer/dryer combo unit, and I really appreciated his honesty. Instead of trying to upsell me on a whole new unit, he diagnosed the specific parts (drum/timer) that needed replacing and saved us a lot of money. He went above and beyond by also handling the dryer vent cleaning during the same visit, which saved me the hassle of hiring a separate vendor. He’s communicative, shows up on time, and does high-quality work. Highly recommend him for any appliance repair needs!
