AllFix Appliance service was exemplary. Paul called quickly telling me he was in the area and he arrived about 15 minutes later. He quickly took the dishwashe rapart and explained what he was doing. He had to totally clean the filter and grinder and then replace all the parts. Not a job for a DIY homeowner. Paul was very professional while also very personable and friendly. In no time our dishwasher was working! Paul also took time to explain the lock mechanism and also to use caution when loading the dishwasher and watch for nut shells and small pits. I’d give hhim a ten if the ratings went that high.

Paul was fantastic to work with. I called him for a dryer issue on a washer/dryer combo unit, and I really appreciated his honesty. Instead of trying to upsell me on a whole new unit, he diagnosed the specific parts (drum/timer) that needed replacing and saved us a lot of money. He went above and beyond by also handling the dryer vent cleaning during the same visit, which saved me the hassle of hiring a separate vendor. He’s communicative, shows up on time, and does high-quality work. Highly recommend him for any appliance repair needs!
