I assess every job individually and come up with a fair price. If Time and Materials, the rate is $100/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet. I really do need to see the job and meet the customer before an accurate bid can be submitted.

BS in Business Management. 25+years of maintenance, remodeling, and new construction.
