My services are very straight forward. Most fees are $10 per signature. If something is not listed such as real estate / title company documents, contact me for a quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I felt that by becoming a Certified Notary Signing Agent would just add more to my ability to help my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Just a few examples of services I do a lot are: grant deeds, owners affidavit, authorization to sign settlement documents, warranty deed, mortgage credit certificate, power of attorney, truth-in-lending disclosure.
