I price all work fairly and transparently with no hidden fees. Estimates are free, and I offer competitive rates for all plumbing and drain services. Seniors, veterans, and repeat customers can receive additional discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s concerns and asking questions to understand the issue fully. I offer upfront options and clear pricing before any work begins. Once approved, I complete the work efficiently, explain what was done, and make sure everything is clean and working before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed plumber in Washington State with over 15 years of field experience. I stay current on code updates, safety standards, and new plumbing technologies to provide the best long-term solutions for customers.
