I've known this family for several years. Honest, reliable, they do as requested. I don't have to step in Pooh anymore. The grandkids can safely play in a sanitary yard. They also helped with other yard work when I need it. Dog-gone HAPPY!

Really great business. They come out once a week and pickup all my dog's waste. It's one less thing I need to worry about. It was nice to know I could go mow my lawn and the dog waste would all be picked up. They show up on time and get the job done quickly. It's so nice to not have to worry about finding time myself to do this. These guys are a great family owned business that care about the work they do. Highly recommend!

I had heard of this new family owned business from a kind friend who fixed a lady (whose home burned down) car window for free, saying between you tube and God he can fix anything. annnndddd who also happened to be starting this family owned business. So I thought one kind act deserved a go at using this new business.We set up a time and date and it was literally raining 100% the day they were supposed to show up. I called to cancel as I thought holey moley who would want to do that in this weather!!! Well they still came over!!! Ready to do what needed to be done and going the extra mile. Making sure they knew where I wanted them to go and what needed to be done. I have four enormous dogs, Anatolian/ great Pyrenees, king shepherd, Rottweiler, snd labradoodle all over a hundred pound dogs except the doodle. So they leave a more than just a bit of a mess.. They didn't hesitate to do a good job and even got to know my dogs. Who loved them.. And the biggest surprise to me was the fact my husband came in snd said You picked up the dog poop! Heeee rarely notices stuff when he is tired and just got home from work, but he noticed that!! Lol so they did a bang up job!!!! Thank you and will be setting up regular visits..And now that I realize there are more services, think we may give some of those a go He stacks wood very niceley as well!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate, no surprises. Our plans start at $49/month and the price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no first-time cleanup charge, and no extra cost based on your yard size. Additional dogs are $5/visit each, and you can add Yard Freshen or litter box service anytime. We also offer prepay discounts: save $35 when you prepay 3 months, or get a full month free when you prepay 6. Month-to-month, cancel anytime — no hoops, no phone calls required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple. You fill out our short form on our website, pick your plan, and we confirm same day. From there we a welcome email and on the day of your first service a secure Square invoice for billing — no app downloads, no account creation needed. We text you the day before, show up and do the work, then send a gate photo and Dooty Report when we're done. Most customers are set up and scooped within a day or two of reaching out.

Over a decade in finance, data analytics, and business intelligence and Airbnb Hosting — which sounds like a funny background for a poop scooping company, until you realize it means we actually run this thing like a real business. Every route is optimized. Every visit is documented. Every customer gets a Dooty Report because tracking patterns matters — even gross ones. We understand the importance of real customer service. We also follow safe waste handling practices: equipment is disinfected between every yard, and waste is bagged and disposed of in your trash bin, not yard waste.
