- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate, no surprises. Our plans start at $49/month and the price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no first-time cleanup charge, and no extra cost based on your yard size. Additional dogs are $5/visit each, and you can add Yard Freshen or litter box service anytime. We also offer prepay discounts: save $35 when you prepay 3 months, or get a full month free when you prepay 6. Month-to-month, cancel anytime — no hoops, no phone calls required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple. You fill out our short form on our website, pick your plan, and we confirm same day. From there we a welcome email and on the day of your first service a secure Square invoice for billing — no app downloads, no account creation needed. We text you the day before, show up and do the work, then send a gate photo and Dooty Report when we're done. Most customers are set up and scooped within a day or two of reaching out.

Over a decade in finance, data analytics, and business intelligence and Airbnb Hosting — which sounds like a funny background for a poop scooping company, until you realize it means we actually run this thing like a real business. Every route is optimized. Every visit is documented. Every customer gets a Dooty Report because tracking patterns matters — even gross ones. We understand the importance of real customer service. We also follow safe waste handling practices: equipment is disinfected between every yard, and waste is bagged and disposed of in your trash bin, not yard waste.
