I cannot express enough gratitude. On the Monday after Christmas we found ourselves without a furnace and he patiently went through all the troubleshooting with us over text to try to help us diagnose the issue when no other places were open. I am so grateful and will definitely use in the future! That type of customer service is hard to find anymore.

Mike was so incredibly helpful in fixing our kitchen vent and address problems with our filters in the crawlspace. Mike was also so kind to check out other issues with venting that we had in the attic space and suggest solutions and approaches we could take to fixing them. We also scheduled him following his vent work to install our new smart thermostat and he was very helpful in explaining the process to us and letting us know if we had anymore issues we could contact him. For any other projects we are definitely contacting Keeping Comfort LLC and happy to find such nice and trustworthy people to help us work on our home!
