Our computer was running very slowly and was beginning to show signs of crashing. I called Joshua and he came to our house and performed a diagnostic on it. He determined that Windows needed to be reinstalled. He completed the reinstall and when he returned the computer to us he also reinstalled our printer for us. He saved all of our music, pictures, documents, etc. I was having trouble finding some of my pictures due to the software that we were using saved the pictures in an odd location. I emailed Joshua and he came to the house on Easter and found them all for me. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone for their personal computer needs.
