We had our heat stop working over night and by the next morning it was fixed!!! What a relief an actual PRO came out on time, no whining, no complaining, no bragging, no smoking, no phoning nothing! We provide upfront and transparent pricing. You will know the cost of the work before anything is done. Discounts are available to active military or veterans, teachers, and seniors. Members on our Advantage program receive discounts on repairs and services that cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to be easy to do business with. We need the basic info like any other company...name, address, ************, *****, and a description of work. From there we can provide you with pricing and availability. Our clients receive a booking confirmation via text and *****. A reminder ***** goes out the day before our scheduled appointment. We will also let you know via text when we are on the way. Afterwards, we hope we have provided you a 5-star service and will send a link for you to leave us a review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 30 years of industry experience with a multitude of training over that timeframe. Training will always be a priority for us as the industry constantly evolves.
