I couldn’t be happier with the service from West Coast Power Vac! Our air ducts hadn’t been cleaned in 16 years, so it was a massive job. The two professionals they sent were incredibly patient, professional, and followed every protocol to a T.
They used air whips and high-pressure air tools to thoroughly clean the entire house. The power of their truck-mounted vacuum system is truly impressive—on a completely different level compared to standard portable units. I was also pleased to learn that their truck is in excellent condition and has only been in service for about a year and a half.
I’ve already started recommending them to neighbors and friends. If you want the job done right, this is the company to call!

I have allergies and have been doing annual duct cleanings for years..always paying around $500 to $700 bucks for my HVAC and never really seeing a difference. Most companies just rushed through, used outdated equipment, and always tried to upsell me. This was the first time I actually felt taken care of and understood what was happening.
I found West Coast Power Vac through deeper research and recommendations and I genuinely don’t know how to thank them enough and help people realize how to not get scammed like me in the past 10 years lol. They explained everything step by step, showed me photos throughout, and used brand new, industrial-grade equipment — not the typical 3000 CFM many here do, but 12,000 CFM with negative pressure. They used an air whip system (not brushes like msot do which is actually bad for your systems and ducts), and a fogging product that worked like magic — everything just felt cleaner instantly.
They cleaned all my 14 ducts, 3 intakes, serviced my furnace, cleaned the dryer vent, and 3 exhausts. so basically end to end everything was covered straight up! And they made sure there was no backflow as they sealed off vents to ensure no dust or allergens reintering the house.
They left the house completely spotless. They even wore booties the entire time to avoid any contamination. For someone like me with allergies, that level of care meant everything.
It cost $900 and only needs to be done every five years — that’s $180 a year for the cleanest air and most peace of mind I’ve ever had. Truly five stars. Im super ocd and a perfectionist. Rare praise from me lol.

We like to discuss the services they are considering and provide an approximate estimate for the work. We, then establish a date and time for the work to be completed. We always provide a 24hr reminder before the appointment to make sure our customers are ready for the service.
