- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are split between: 1. Dump fees (which varies base on your location) 2. Estimated fuel cost for transport. 3. Time & labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to talk to the customer to find out what type of project they are working on. Then figure out what type of materials would need to be dumped. It is important that there is transparency with what needs to be dumped due to many landfills and transfer stations strict guidelines on what can and can’t be dumped. Lastly I would ask about they time frame on when they want this done by. Finally, I could provide my estimate for the job and how many dump runs it would take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years working in construction. I also currently work as a fireman. Both have helped to build a set of unique skills that make this work fun and easy.
