DEC was excellent and helped remedy a large part of the electricity theft from the neighboring apartment. He also recommended an outlet meter to gauge real-time theft. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!!

DEC went above and beyond what I ever expected. He responded to every text message question I had in a prompt and professional manner. He gave me updates on his timeline and arrived exactly on time. He accessed the problem and immediately fixed it. He even made sure that all of my wiring was in tact cleaned my circuit panel and cleaned up after. He charged me way less than I was expecting to pay. DEC will forever be my electrician of choice. He was knowledgeable professional and an all around nice guy. The only choice anyone should ever make.

I had a person come out to get an estimate, asked a bunch of questions, got all the answers and I thought everything went well. I was told I'll get a quote in a couple of days and payed the service call fee. That was it. Never heard back since then. Waited a week, contacted them through thumbtack and got no response. Waited another week and here we are. Edit: Turns out there was a sudden medical issue. Hope they recover well. Updating rating based on the initial experience.

My Uncle was a residential electrician and I've done little things here and there, but as I came of age I decided to join the union and get to work on bigger and more complex jobs.
