My experience with Mutual Electric was outstanding. I had a lot of work done by them during my kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier with their work. They show up when they say they will and are diligent and hard working. I felt the price for the job they did was fair. My house was built in 1900 so it had more than a few issues. If you need electrical work done this is the team to hire!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates to all of our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free estimate where the customer is entered into our system. Once an estimate is approved we ask for a 50% deposit to schedule work. Then after scheduling we send a confirmation notification and reminders of their upcoming work. We have an open line of communication where the customer can ask questions about their job. After completion and inspections if required we invoice for a final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mutual Electric is a licensed and boned electrical contractor for residential and commercial work in the state of Washington. We adhere to all laws and codes.
