- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates to all of our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free estimate where the customer is entered into our system. Once an estimate is approved we ask for a 50% deposit to schedule work. Then after scheduling we send a confirmation notification and reminders of their upcoming work. We have an open line of communication where the customer can ask questions about their job. After completion and inspections if required we invoice for a final payment.

Mutual Electric is a licensed and boned electrical contractor for residential and commercial work in the state of Washington. We adhere to all laws and codes.
