- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparency, so you never have to worry about hidden surprises! Our packages are designed to be simple and inclusive. Because we are a husband-and-wife team, our full-day wedding packages include two photographers (Des and Rye!) which ensures we don’t miss a single angle. We do require a retainer to save your date. While we are based in Bonney Lake, WA, we are big adventurers! We have standard travel fees for locations outside our immediate area, but we try to keep them reasonable because we love a good road trip!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s all about connection! First, we love to hop on a quick call or video chat. Since we’ll be spending your big day with you, we want to make sure we vibe well and that you feel totally comfortable with us. Once we’re booked, we aren't strangers! We help you with timeline planning to ensure we get the best lighting for your photos. On the day of, we are your hype team, dress-fluffers, and calm presence. After the event, you’ll get a "sneak peek" gallery quickly, followed by your full, high-resolution gallery to cherish forever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While we have invested in professional workshops and masterclasses to hone our technical skills in lighting and editing, our most valuable training comes from real-world experience. We have spent years shooting in every lighting condition imaginable—from harsh midday sun on a mountain peak to dim, romantic reception halls. We are constantly learning and upgrading our gear to ensure we give you the absolute best quality.
