We solve Rodent, ant, spider, roach, flea, wasp and almost any other pest problem. I have been a board certified entomologist, an associate certified entomologist, a technician, quality assurance auditor, manager and now owner.

I am so thrilled with everything about Rodgers Pest Control. We’ve had ants in an outside space, but once they entered my house, I panicked and started contacting people immediately. I received a response from Rodgers PC almost immediately after contacting him even though it was a Saturday night. I was given the option to receive a call or text right then, which I appreciate immensely because 1) I was panicking about the ants and ready to light my house on fire and 2) I’m a millennial and would much rather text. He was one of two companies that responded quickly, but was a better value overall and, even via texts, I could tell his customer service was spot on. I asked a lot of questions about the different options and decided on a quarterly plan. He was very open about the invoicing, ensuring I understood the payment options and timing of the billing. And, best of all, he was able to come out first thing Monday morning and arrived right on time. In person, he was, again, very thorough answering my questions, friendly, extremely considerate of our space, provided additional ant bates just in case, and gave me a card, letting me know to text any time with questions. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever had such an easy experience with any other company of this nature and we own a couple rentals, as well as our home, so have needed several home services throughout the years and Chad Rodgers of Rodgers Pest Control was top notch!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer quarterly service and one time treatments as well. I also offer free callbacks for interior pest activity when on quarterly service. If the pests come back so do we at no charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Board Certified Entomologist and an associate certified entomologist and have a bachelor's degree in Environmental Health
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in pest control right after graduating college. I thought it would be a stepping stone to another career but 24 years later and I have made a career of pest control and I just love helping people and solving their problems
