Otis Huner and I first met in January 1992 while I was President of the Demco Construction Company. My first introduction to Otis was through Mr. Al Bek who was the past President of the Howard Wright Construction Company. In those days, Otis was working on establishing a Puget Sound market for his painting company. We did have a project at the time to incorporate Otis talent and we did support his innovative painting ideas and enthusiasm.
After the first project, we were very satisfied with the quality of workmanship, the quality of service and the attention to safety on a construction site. Because of that, we did continue to employ the Hunter Painting Company on other projects and to recommend Otis and his company to others.
Over the years Otis and I have established a solid friendship and mutual respect for each other. Throughout the years I have known Otis, he has proven to be a loyal friend, honest, a dedicated hard-worker and thoroughly knowledgeable of the painting industry, on both large and small jobs.
There is no hesitation on my part in recommending Otis to anyone. If there is a task or challenge for Otis, he is a person who will do all he can to effectively accomplish the goal.
