Introduction: Our lessons are approximately 75 minutes long, as each student learns complete horsemanship by taking care of the horse before and after their riding time.
Safety comes first, followed by skill building on the horse. We teach dressage basics as a foundation for proper equitation (form) on the horse. We work on leadership skills, as each rider learns the psychology of the horse and how to be an assertive (not aggressive or passive) leader.
With us, you can go in any direction, English style, western style, dressage, jumping and even saddle seat.
We have facilities for year-round riding, and offer high-quality instruction on high-quality horses for amazing prices.
Per lesson/private lesson costs $50/each.

Packages include:
* Bronze package at $85 (lessons are $42.50 each) - two group lessons monthly (every other week)
* Silver package at $140 (lessons are $35 each) - four group lessons monthly (once a week)
* Gold package at $185, which includes:
- 4 lessons a month (once a week - $35 each)
- 1 one-on-one lesson ($50 value for $45)
* Platinum package at $265 - 8 lessons a month (twice a week - approximately $33/lesson)

My daughter Ashley started with Equiventures just over two years ago. She had very little experience riding and was a very shy, quiet, and timid girl. When Hillary first started teaching her, Ashley was so quiet she was hard to communicate with and there were several obstacles regarding fear that had to be worked through. Hillary was so calm, caring, patient and persistent helping her to conquer fears and accel as a rider. We have all watched a transformation in my daughter as her riding abilities and confidence has grown, her voice has also grown and gone is the shy, timid and fearful girl that started with this program. Not only has my daughter learned riding skills but also valuable horsemanship skills, and life skills, leading us to be able to purchase a horse of our own with help and guidance from Equiventures. I highly reccomend this program to anyone who loves horses and wants to ride, young or old :)

My children have been taking riding lessons with Lake Tapps Equiventures for several months. They have learned a ton about horse care, riding ettiquite and of course, riding. They are excited to go each week and the insturctor keeps them engaged throught the lessons. Definately an experience we recommend.

I took lessons with Hillary for a year and I loved it. I got to ride all of the lesson horses because Hillary used each horse to help me with different areas of my riding. She coached me in my first and second show, and without her I would have been so much more nervous and I wouldn't have done as well. She is great with all ages of kids. I would recommend her without a second thought. She loves horses, kids, and teaching, everything that makes Equiventures an amazing place to take lessons.
