Our pricing is transparent and based on home size (sq ft), number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the current condition of the home (light / normal / heavy). We provide clear estimates upfront — no hidden fees. Minimum pricing: • Standard cleaning starts at $115 • Deep cleaning starts at $165 • Move-in / Move-out cleaning starts at $199 Recurring discounts: • Weekly – 15% off • Bi-weekly – 10% off • Monthly – 5% off Optional add-ons (inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, etc.) are priced separately if requested. Referral Program: Refer a friend and both you and your friend get 5% off your next cleaning service (discount applies after the referred service is completed and can’t be combined with other promotions). We always confirm details before scheduling to make sure the estimate is accurate.

Our process is simple and structured: 1. We gather home details (square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition). 2. We provide a clear estimate upfront. 3. We schedule a convenient date and confirm all service details. 4. Our fully insured team arrives on time with all supplies and equipment. 5. We follow a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure consistent results. 6. After completion, we confirm satisfaction before closing the service. Clear communication and consistency are our priorities.
