Alex did a great job from start to finish. We had a rough design and he created a detailed CAD drawing of the mantel before starting. He was flexible on the start time for our project and communicated well throughout the project. He was able to coordinate with our tile contractor to ensure that the project went smoothly.
The end product is amazing, and the install was handled perfectly. Highly recommend.

Alex was very responsive in answering my questions and concerns, he was able to visit our place to scope the level of effort and explain very thoroughly what he planned to accomplish. We moved into our new home, but the lower kitchen cabinets were not working for us. We are older, so we asked Alex if he could help. Alex and his wife came out and discussed options, I explained what I wanted, and I got exactly what I needed! We gave Alex a flexible schedule, and when I decided to finish it up, it was finished! Looks good and works great! They are wonderful people to work with!

The first thing is to make an estimate and see what the client wants. Then talk about the project, materials, how long will last, and payment options. Proposed prices might not always fit you, however, we can always discuss that. Don't be shy to name the price that fits you. I am sure we can always reach an understanding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or email us to describe your needs. Usually, after this, we came to the place and look at the future workplace to be able to give a more precise estimate. In most cases, the estimate on the first visit is done for free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
