FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so pricing depends on the size of the space, materials, and scope of work. We provide clear, upfront pricing after understanding your goals — whether it’s a full remodel or targeted upgrades. We focus on quality, safety, and long-term value. Many of our projects include accessibility features, so we take extra care in planning things like layout, support, and usability. No hidden fees, and we walk you through everything before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your goals, style, and how you currently use the space. Most importantly, we also look at any safety or accessibility concerns. From there, we schedule a consultation to evaluate the bathroom and provide recommendations. After that, we put together a clear plan and estimate. Once approved, we handle scheduling and installation while keeping communication consistent throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training are a core part of how we operate at NANA Bath. We hold a CAP (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist) Certification, which focuses on designing spaces that are safe, functional, and aligned with ADA and accessibility best practices as mobility changes. In addition, we’ve developed our own internal NANA Certification program, where we train our team on ADA guidelines, residential building codes, proper waterproofing, and correct installation methods for shower systems, grab bars, and overall layout planning. Just as important, we emphasize professionalism, communication, and working respectfully in clients’ homes. Our goal is to ensure every project is done the right way — not just visually, but structurally and functionally — so the space is safe, reliable, and built to last.
