Called All Ways Rooter and Sam was a consummate professional. He diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink quickly and had my garbagedisposal reset and properly sealed in an hour or so. He advised me on ways to fix future issues myself and was pleasant to be around as well. If you are ever fortunate enough to get Sam as your tech, you won’t be disappointed!

I had a problem with a clog that was deep in the pipe under the foundation of my house, where my husband couldnt reach it with any tools. We were looking at thousands of dollars to dig up our yard and cut into the sewer pipe. We decided to give Sam a try and he quickly located the clog and was able to push it down the sewer pipe and out to the street. Now the drains in our 50 year old house are perfect, and Sam saved us a ton of money and destruction of our yard and downstairs. He was professional, fast, and friendly. I give All Ways Rooter a 10 out of 10.

We had a back up of water/sewage in the house I was raised in and Sam, the plumber with ALL WAYS ROOTER arrived within the hour, even before the promised time! Sam initially assessed and diagnosed the situation, helped secure the technicians needed to scope out the lines, and further assessed the water damage. He assured me that they could remedy the problem. Additional , he showed me the pipe layout of our home on the internet and the possible reasons for our situation. He removed the blockage so that the toilets and sinks could be used and kindly communicated the next steps for clean up and further repair. I felt confident that the situation was under control. Thank you Sam for your kindness and the professional way that you execute your job!
