Excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to carefully inspect the house plumbing system to identify the pressure regulator issue. The repair was done efficiently, and he also checked the water heater and even discovered a gas leak spot in the gas piping that we were unaware of. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Reza called me as soon as I submitted a work order for a slow drain in Thumbtack. He patiently listened as I explained the issue. He explained the possible issues and narrowed down to drain clog as the most likely issue. He was responsive over text and punctual. He again explained what he will do and the possible risks involved. Reza set up the work area and got to work quickly. It took 30 mins to get drainage working again. While there he also inspected prior work and gave me notes on what I might need in the future. I really appreciate his approachable and friendly nature. Highly recommend and will hire again.

Rezza is great. Responsive, effective, explains everything he is going to do and why he is doing it. Helped fix a clogged toilet that also wasn’t working well (replaced parts) and explained what to look for in terms of other issues. Took his time because anything with plumbing should take time! Would definitely hire again.
