Ricky was able to fit us in on short notice, diagnose the problem with our generac generator, and fix it in a very short time when other electricians were just not able to find the problem or were simply booked for the next several months. I am so glad I have finally found someone so knowledgeable about generators!

The procedure to remove the old transfer switch and the generator went smoothly, as did the installation of the new Generac 14wK generator. The process took slightly longer than I imagined, and was finished up the next morning, bright and early, with the installation of some new gas piping. After the testing, Ricky Mauro explained what we needed to know, showing us the control panel, etc. We are all set for power outages!
