Their organization is unprofessional. The electrician did not show up while I waited from 8am to 10 am, wasting 2 hours on a Friday morning. Only after I call, I get to know that there is a rescheduling. This company does not respect customer’s time.

I apologize for the delay this morning. As I stated the technician was delayed due to snow which we did not expect to happen this morning. We had not had a chance to communicate with you that we were going to be late but this is not something that we could've anticipated. He thought that he would still make it within the time window after having been delayed by the snow but would have arrived at 10:15am. I apologize again for this delay that was out of the technicians control.
