Well, we ended up not being able to complete the work with Alex, due to the flooding, Alex was extremely responsive, very professional, and pleasant. I will be needing help moving furniture in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him.

Alex T and his partner were excellent to work with! Alex was very responsive in communication and punctual to agreed the upon time to pick up my newly purchased Brooks Brothers couch from Home Goods to my upstairs apartment. Neither Alex nor the gentleman who assisted him moving my couch to the top Floor of my building Apt complained about having to do the job. They were swift and smiling when possible all the way to top! Also there were no hidden fees or last minute changes made with the agreed upon pricing. I recommend Alex T 10/10!!!

Their pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees or extra truck charges, and they came prepared with dollies, carts, and cloth coverings for furniture. They packed the truck carefully and communicated throughout the move to make sure everything was placed where I wanted.
